  • Format: jpeg, jpg, png or gif
  • Optional text: Maximum 50 words, which we may edit

Deadlines and Publication Dates

  • January – November deadline: end of third week of month
  • December deadline: end of second week of December
  • January – November publication: last week of month
  • December publication: third week

Rates excluding GST

  • One month: Associate Members $350, non-members $550
  • Two months: Associate Members $680, non-members $1,100
  • Three months: Associate Members $1,000, non-members $1,650
