New definitions of a building and construction site for mandatory COVID-19 vaccination

COVID-19

The WA Government has issued Building and Construction Industry Worker (Restrictions on Access) Directions (No.3), which provide new definitions of a building and construction site.

These Directions replace the previous Directions (No 2).

What hasn't changed is that the Directions prevent building and construction workers (unless exempt) from entering or remaining at a building and construction site unless vaccinated against COVID-19.
