us your thoughts on water issues
The Water Corporation is working alongside experts
from around the world on the best ways to communicate with
the wider community about water quality
and water recycling. They are looking for participants
for discussion groups to get feedback on the terminology and
methods of sharing information effectively.
Details are as follows:
Session
1: Friday 12 February from 9.00 – 11.00
am
Session
2: Saturday 13 February from 12.00 – 2.00
pm
Both sessions will be held at the Water Corporation's offices,
at 629 Newcastle Street, Leederville. Refreshments will be
served. The discussion groups will be facilitated by our market
research partner, Synovate.

Introduction
to WorkCover WA session – 26 February 2010
To keep you informed about WorkCover WA’s role in the
workers’ compensation and injury management system, the
next Introduction to WorkCover WA session has been scheduled
for Friday, 26 February 2010 at WorkCover WA from 9.30am –
11.30am.
The Introduction to WorkCover WA information sessions is a great
way to introduce your staff to the functions of WorkCover WA,
our divisions and our people.
The sessions run for two hours and include presentations by
a variety of key WorkCover WA staff. The topics covered are,
the Advisory Services Unit, the Customer Assistance Unit, Scheme
Development, Dispute Resolution Directorate more.

Kickstart
Bonus - Financial support available for employing australian
apprentices!
Every employer who employs an Australian Plumbing Apprentice,
aged 19 years and under, who meets the requirements
of the Australian Apprenticeships Incentives Program, is elligible
for the Kickstart Bonus! The apprentice kickstart bonus is
a total of $ 3,350 paid in installments of $ 850 paid at 3
months from commencement and $ 2,500 paid at 9 months, in
respect to commencements of Apprentices between 1st December
2009 and 28th February 2010. For more information, contact
