Apprentice of the Year

The MPGA is committed to the training of high quality apprentices because we want to ensure a bright future for our industry.

The Apprentice of the Year Awards are open to third and fourth year apprentices who have demonstrated a commitment to developing a highly successful career in the plumbing and gasfitting industry. Criteria for success include excellence in personal development, academic attainment and workplace competency.

What are the prizes?

Cash and tool products are awarded as prizes to all competition winners at the Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner, scheduled to be held on Saturday 17th November 2012 at Burswood Entertainment Complex. Please contact Ashlee Phur, Events Manager on 9471 6667 or ashleep@mpawa.asn.au for more information.

How do I enter?

All entries are judged by industry professionals. An overview of the awards program and the judging criteria are stated in the Apprentice of the Year entry brochure.
