Product Safety Recall. This notification concerns MPA PRO Gas Cylinders, which are manufactured by Worthington in the USA and supplied by Primus Australia and Rothenberger in Australia. The suppliers have advised that the recall has come about due to the gas cylinder not resealing properly once the torch has been detached, therefore increasing the risk of leaking fuel gas.
