We believe there are many benefits to Group Training managing your apprentice, and/or obtaining an apprentice through our scheme. The quality of our apprentices is assured through effective screening and recruitment. This includes an extensive interview process, pre-apprentice reports, reference checking, work experience reports, and overall attitude.

We offer a large selection of apprentices at different experience levels; 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year apprentices. We aim to provide you with the right apprentice for your specific needs and wants.

Administration

Increased Productivity
Our aim is to help you increase the growth and productivity of your business.
We have the ability to provide you with ‘continuous’ apprentices throughout the year instead of losing them to tech or annual leave, therefore no downtime expenses. This allows you the ability to structure your workforce to suit your workload.
You do not have to commit to having an apprentice for the full 4 year term.

Apprentices are work ready, and are issued with:

• Tools
• Uniforms
• PPE kits
• Safety Boots
• Current Bluecard / Whitecard
• Current Workplace First Aid Certificate
• Restricted Gas Licenses

All the apprentices that are employed through MPA Skills have completed a pre-apprenticeship course (completed Stage 1 & 2 technical training), therefore do not have to attend tech within the 1st year of their apprenticeship.

The majority of our apprentices attend MPA Skills RTO, where all performance and skills assessments are carried out by qualified Industry trainers.

You will receive continuous support from our Field Officers in your day to day dealings with your apprentice.
